Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all use of services provided by Welatino Traveltech LLC and its affiliated entities, including but not limited to website access, travel booking services, payment processing, customer support channels, travel consultation, itinerary management, and post-booking assistance.

By accessing or using any Welatino services, including browsing the website, requesting quotations, making bookings, submitting payments, or communicating with our team, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

If the customer does not agree to these Terms, they must immediately discontinue use of all services.

2. Nature of Services and Role as Intermediary

Welatino Traveltech LLC operates as an independent Online Travel Agency (OTA) and technology-based travel facilitator. Welatino acts strictly as an intermediary between customers and third-party travel suppliers, including airlines, hotels, transport providers, and other travel service operators.

Welatino does not own, operate, or control aircraft, airlines, airports, hotels, transportation systems, immigration authorities, visa issuing bodies, or insurance providers. All travel services are ultimately provided and controlled by independent third-party suppliers, each of which maintains its own operational rules, pricing structures, availability, and policies.

Welatino’s responsibility is limited to facilitating bookings, processing customer requests, and providing administrative and support services related to travel arrangements.

3. Company Structure and Jurisdictional Operations

Welatino Traveltech LLC and its affiliated entities, including Welatino Traveltech LLP where applicable, operate under common ownership and management. These entities may operate in different jurisdictions for regulatory, tax, banking, payment processing, and operational efficiency purposes.

The use of multiple legal entities does not alter the unified nature of services provided to customers.

4. Customer Information and Responsibilities

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during booking is complete, accurate, and up to date. This includes, but is not limited to, passenger names, passport details, travel dates, contact information, nationality, visa details, and payment information.

Welatino is not responsible for losses, rebooking costs, denied boarding, or penalties resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

Customers must review all booking confirmations immediately upon receipt and notify Welatino of any discrepancies without delay. Failure to report errors promptly may result in additional charges imposed by suppliers, including airlines.

5. Supplier Rules and Travel Restrictions

All bookings are subject to the terms, conditions, restrictions, and policies of the relevant travel suppliers. These may include fare rules, cancellation penalties, baggage restrictions, check-in requirements, name correction limitations, refund eligibility rules, and schedule change policies.

Supplier rules are subject to change without prior notice and may be applied retroactively by the supplier in accordance with their internal policies.

Customers acknowledge that compliance with supplier rules is mandatory and may override Welatino’s advisory communications where applicable.

6. Booking Formation and Confirmation

A booking request submitted through Welatino does not constitute a confirmed reservation.

A booking is only considered confirmed when all of the following conditions are met: successful payment authorization, supplier inventory confirmation, completion of required verification checks, ticket issuance by the supplier, and generation of a valid booking reference.

Welatino reserves the right to decline, suspend, or cancel any booking prior to ticket issuance for reasons including but not limited to pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, supplier restrictions, or regulatory compliance requirements.

7. Pricing and Fare Conditions

All prices are dynamic and subject to change until final ticket issuance. Prices may include airfare, taxes, government fees, airport charges, fuel surcharges, service fees, payment processing costs, and currency conversion variations.

Welatino does not guarantee the availability of any quoted fare until the ticket has been successfully issued by the supplier.

Fare changes may occur due to airline inventory updates, market demand, currency fluctuations, tax revisions, or system-driven pricing adjustments.

8. Payments and Authorization

Customers authorize Welatino to process payments for travel services and associated administrative fees using the selected payment method.

By submitting payment, the customer confirms that they are authorized to use the payment method, that all payment details are accurate, and that the transaction is voluntary and legitimate.

Welatino may decline or reverse transactions suspected of fraud, compliance risk, or payment irregularities.

Certain transactions may be subject to non-refundable conditions as imposed by suppliers or service structures.

9. Fraud Prevention and Compliance

Welatino maintains strict fraud prevention and compliance controls. Customers may be required to provide identity verification documents, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, payment verification, and supporting documentation.

Failure to complete verification may result in booking delays, cancellation, or refusal of service.

Welatino reserves the right to share relevant information with payment processors, financial institutions, airlines, fraud prevention systems, or regulatory authorities where legally required.

10. Electronic Consent and Evidence

All interactions with Welatino, including website usage, digital payments, email communication, WhatsApp communication, telephone confirmations, and electronic agreements, constitute legally binding acceptance of these Terms.

Welatino may use electronic records as evidence in dispute resolution, fraud investigations, payment disputes, regulatory inquiries, or legal proceedings. Such records may include IP logs, device data, communication history, call recordings, and transaction logs.

11. Service Fees and Operational Charges

Welatino may charge service fees for administrative, consulting, booking assistance, coordination, and customer support services.

These fees are considered earned upon initiation of service work and may be non-refundable even if the underlying travel service is cancelled, modified, or refunded by the supplier.

Service fees are separate from airline or supplier charges and are not controlled by suppliers.

12. Changes, Cancellations, and Refunds

All changes and cancellations are subject to supplier rules and approval. Fees may include airline penalties, fare differences, supplier charges, administrative fees, and applicable taxes.

Refund eligibility is determined solely by suppliers, payment processors, and applicable regulatory requirements.

Welatino does not guarantee refund approval or timelines.

Refund processing may vary depending on supplier response times, banking systems, and international payment processing procedures.

13. Travel Documentation and Entry Requirements

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, transit permits, vaccination certificates, insurance coverage, and any other documentation required for travel.

Welatino does not guarantee entry approval, visa issuance, immigration clearance, or boarding authorization.

Any loss resulting from insufficient documentation is the sole responsibility of the customer.

14. Operational Changes by Suppliers

Airlines and other suppliers may modify schedules, routes, aircraft, seating arrangements, baggage policies, or operational procedures at any time without prior notice.

Welatino has no control over such changes and shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, missed connections, or operational disruptions caused by suppliers.

15. Force Majeure

Welatino shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond reasonable control. This includes natural disasters, pandemics, governmental actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labor disputes, cyberattacks, infrastructure failures, or severe weather conditions.

16. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers agree to contact Welatino prior to initiating any chargeback or payment dispute. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in service suspension and recovery actions.

Welatino reserves the right to submit evidence including booking records, communication logs, payment authorization data, and verification documentation to payment processors or financial institutions.

Abuse of the chargeback process may result in account restrictions and legal recovery procedures where permitted by law.

17. Limitation of Liability

18. Privacy and Data Use

Customer data may be collected and processed for booking fulfillment, fraud prevention, payment processing, customer support, operational improvement, and legal compliance.

Data may be shared with suppliers, airlines, payment processors, fraud prevention providers, and regulatory authorities where necessary to complete services or comply with legal obligations.

19. Acceptable Use

Customers agree not to misuse Welatino systems or services, including attempting unauthorized access, manipulating pricing systems, using automated bots, introducing malicious software, or engaging in fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Welatino reserves the right to suspend or terminate access in cases of suspected misuse or legal violation.

20. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, subject to mandatory consumer protection laws in jurisdictions where customers reside.

Any disputes shall be subject to the courts of Florida, unless otherwise required by applicable law or consumer protection regulations.

21. Amendments

Welatino reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. Final Acknowledgment

By using Welatino services, customers confirm that they understand and accept these Terms, including supplier limitations, refund policies, service fee structures, fraud prevention measures, and payment authorization conditions.
