Sales Executive Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to join our team in our Spanish/English call center. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish or English and  possess strong communication skills. This role involves engaging with potential customers, understanding their needs, and promoting our products/services to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and provide information about our products/services.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Keep accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
