Service Fee Policy
All prices displayed on this website represent professional travel assistance and consultation fees only. Airline fares, hotel charges, cruise fares, taxes, baggage charges, fare differences, penalties, resort fees, gratuities, and supplier-imposed charges are separate and may vary depending on travel providers and route conditions.
Complex Case Pricing
Service and assistance fees may increase depending on the complexity, urgency, or nature of the customer’s request, including but not limited to:
- Multi-airline or multi-country itineraries
- Last-minute or emergency travel requests
- Schedule disruptions or cancellations
- Complex international route modifications
- Airline or cruise waiver negotiations
- Rebooking involving multiple passengers
- Group reservations
- Luxury or premium travel arrangements
- Special service coordination
- High-demand travel periods
- Government or supplier travel restrictions
- Manual supplier intervention requirements
Right to Revise Fees
Welatino Travel LLP reserves the right to revise, increase, or apply additional service charges after reviewing the complexity of a case or support request. Customers will always be informed of any revised pricing before processing or confirmation of services.
Non-Refundable Service Fees
Unless otherwise stated in writing, consultation fees and professional assistance charges are non-refundable once work has commenced or services have been initiated.
Supplier-Controlled Charges
All airline, hotel, and cruise policies including cancellations, refunds, penalties, room availability, seat availability, upgrades, schedule changes, and supplier approvals are solely controlled by the respective providers. Welatino Travel LLP does not guarantee supplier approvals, refunds, upgrades, or availability.
Customer Acknowledgement
By using our services, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
- service fees are separate from supplier charges,
- final pricing may vary depending on case complexity,
- additional charges may apply for urgent or specialized assistance,
- airline, hotel, cruise, and supplier-imposed fees are outside the control of Welatino Travel LLP.
